Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented, strategic, and experienced Director of Education to lead academic operations and ensure instructional excellence at our campus. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development, implementation, and improvement of academic programs

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and institutional policies

• Supervise faculty and staff performance with a strong focus on accountability and results

• Maintain academic standards through detailed monitoring, feedback, and support

• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and department budgeting

• Use data and analysis to drive continuous academic improvement

• Promote a professional and respectful environment for faculty and students

• Manage reporting and documentation for accreditation and audits

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred

• 5+ years of academic leadership, including faculty supervision and program oversight

• Experience with regulatory compliance, curriculum development, and accreditation processes

• Proficient with student information systems and performance tracking tools

• Strong communication and decision-making skills based on detailed analysis
